Shipping policy
Last updated: October 28, 2026
Where we ship
We ship within the contiguous United States. At this time we don't ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or outside the United States.
Processing time
Every piece is made to order. Orders are usually ready to ship in about a week (up to 7 business days, Monday to Friday, excluding US holidays). From November 15 to December 31, please allow up to 10 business days. Bulk and event orders ship on the date we agree on when we send your quote.
Shipping rates and delivery times
- Economy: $8. Usually delivered in 5 to 8 business days after your order ships.
- Free Economy shipping on orders of $75 or more.
The shipping options available for your address and the final cost are shown at checkout before you pay. Delivery times are estimates from the carrier and are not guaranteed.
Tracking
When your order ships, we will email you a tracking number.
If your order is delayed
If we can't ship your order within the processing time above, we will email you with a new shipping date, and you can choose to cancel your order for a full refund.
Sending a gift
You can ship your order directly to the person receiving it: just enter their address at checkout. Prices are not included in the package. Add a gift message in the cart and we will include it with your order.
Address problems
Please check your shipping address before you place your order. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange a new shipment, and the new shipping cost may apply.
Lost, stolen or damaged packages
If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you didn't receive it, please check with neighbors and your local post office, then email us within 7 days of the delivery date and we will help you with the carrier. If your order arrives damaged, see our Return and Refund Policy.
Local pickup
Local pickup is not available at this time.
