Orders and shipping
How long does my order take?
Orders are usually ready to ship in about a week. Then Economy shipping takes 5 to 8 business days, and you will get an email when your order ships.
How much is shipping?
We ship within the contiguous US (not to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico for now). Economy shipping is $8 and usually arrives in 5 to 8 business days, and it is free on orders over $75. You will see the options for your address at checkout.
Can I return or exchange an item?

Gifts, favors and care
Can I add a gift message?
Yes. Write your message in the Gift message box in your cart and it reaches us with your order.
Do you make party favors and bulk orders?
Yes. Many of our designs can be made in larger quantities for weddings, baby showers, birthdays and corporate gifts. Contact us with your date, quantity and design for a custom quote.
Are decorative candles meant to be burned?
Our decorative candles are designed mainly as decor. If you choose to burn one, place it on a heat-resistant plate, keep it away from drafts, children and pets, and never leave it unattended.
